Educational leadership strategies encompass aspects of planning, organizing, directing, and supervising. The success of educational leadership is influenced by several factors, including insight and skills, institution or position, personality, and personal attitudes.
2025-03-27T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Fatnun Fajriyah, Zuhairoh Al Mahfudhoh, Aqwa Kau Kabahttps://stainwsamawa.ac.id/jurnal/index.php/munawwarah/article/view/383Implementasi Model Pembelajaran Project Based Learning (PjBL) dalam Meningkatkan Kreativitas Belajar Siswa pada Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMAN 1 Waru Sidoarjo2025-03-29T07:09:33+00:00Abidatul Chasanahabidatulchasanah0409@gmail.comLaila Badriyahlailabadriyah8407@gmail.comEli Masnawatiemasnawati@yahoo.co.id
The Project Based Learning (PjBL) model is a learning approach that actively involves students in the process of creating projects. The main principle is to develop students' skills in solving problems through implementing projects that produce concrete products. In practice, this model gives students the freedom to choose topics, conduct research, and complete specific projects. This method allows students to be directly involved, provides experiences similar to the real world, and produces relevant products. The steps in implementing the Project Based Learning model are problem presentation, planning, scheduling, monitoring, assessment, and evaluation. This research aims to explore the implementation of the Project Based Learning model in increasing student learning creativity at SMAN 1 Waru Sidoarjo, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors. The research method used descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis includes collection, reduction, presentation and conclusions. The research results show that PjBL has been implemented well but requires further evaluation. Supporting factors include learning interactivity, student enthusiasm for learning, use of media and technology, and teacher support. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors include the family environment and limited study time.
2025-03-29T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Abidatul Chasanah, Laila Badriyah, Eli Masnawatihttps://stainwsamawa.ac.id/jurnal/index.php/munawwarah/article/view/380Analisis Penyebab Kesulitan Belajar pada Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka2025-03-30T06:13:29+00:00Anisa Sri Aprilianianisasriapriliani0@gmail.comRaihana Mutiara Putriraihanamutiaraputri@gmail.comSitti Chadidjahsittihadijah2019@gmail.com
This article discusses an analysis of the causes of learning difficulties related to the implementation of the Independent Curriculum in case studies aged 13-15 years/junior high school students. Pesantren as the oldest Islamic educational institution has a strong tradition of learning the yellowclassical books through classical methods such as sorogan and bandongan. However, the dynamics of changes in the national education system require pesantren to adapt to the Merdeka Curriculum which emphasizes strengthening 21st century competencies, learning flexibility, and learner-oriented. This research uses the library research method by analyzing various relevant literature, scientific journals, books, and official documents. The results showed that the reconstruction process of the pesantren education system in adopting the Merdeka Curriculum was carried out selectively and contextually without eliminating the identity and characteristics of the pesantren. The pesantren adjusts the curriculum, learning methods, and evaluation system by integrating Islamic values and modern digital-based competencies and strengthening 21st century literacy. The role of kyai as a cultural broker is a key factor in maintaining the balance between maintaining tradition and opening space for educational innovation. However, pesantren face challenges such as limited human resources, infrastructure, and tensions between the autonomy of the pesantren curriculum and national curriculum standards. For this reason, strategies are needed to strengthen institutional capacity, improve teacher competence, and develop hybrid learning models that combine traditional and modern methods. This study concludes that the reconstruction of the pesantren education system in the Merdeka Curriculum is a strategic step to strengthen the role of pesantren as Islamic educational institutions that are adaptive, innovative, and remain rooted in Islamic values in facing the challenges of globalization and digitalization of education
2025-03-29T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Zainuddin Zainuddin, Aidah Aidah, Mustafiyanti Mustafiyanti, Anis Susantihttps://stainwsamawa.ac.id/jurnal/index.php/munawwarah/article/view/348Bullying dalam Perspektif Islam Pembelajaran dari Al-Quran dan Hadits2025-04-12T04:06:26+00:00Zuhur Dianazuhurdiana1011@gmail.comLa Zubairofficialzubair17@gmail.comIbrahim Maulana Rasyid Nur Alalanasyahid@gmail.com
Phenomenon bullying is widespread in various aspects of life, especially among school-aged children.
